Sometimes in Business you have to roll with the punches, well here at Getfitstayfit Norfolk we are doing a little more than that.
Some things are just meant to happen, we started looking after Torban, after meeting him and his family at Soul Church in Norwich, our aim is to make sure, we keep on top of any injury he may sustain, using Massage Neuromuscular techniques and of course the Bioneuro, at the same time keeping him in the best of shape for his matches.

Just recently on the 28th October Torban had a match at Wisbech for a Charity event to raise awareness for Mental Health with the main guest being Frank Bruno, Torban met Frank when Torban was 15 years of age and has never forgot that meeting, then to be meeting Frank again at a match that Torban himself was to be fighting in
