K came to us with real Problems with her Back, she is a very athletic young lady, with her sailing, her Duke of Edinburgh award and her goal of being in the County Tournament, having a problem with her back, was becoming a trial for her and making it difficult for her to do all the things she wanted to do.
She has great determination and will go far, but she needed help ,we are so pleased we were able to help her and knowing she is now able to achieve her goals, is what we are all about , we are also so pleased to have received this email to let us know.

Hi Steve,
You may remember me from a couple of months ago, I was just writing to inform you that my back has been holding up pretty well since I last saw you. I have just had some very good news that I would like to share with you, In that I have been selected as part of the under 17 Norfolk county team to go to Nottingham and compete in the big Inter County Tournament, as you may remember it had been my aim since the start of the season.
In other news, I have almost completed my dinghy instructors course, whilst on the course I met the team selector for the Norfolk junior team, they are keen to have myself and my friend in the team, so we will be heading down to Deal in Dover this year!
This is a sign of my progress since I last saw you. Thank you for all you have done to help me.
