Knee and Hips we all have them, but the unfortunate thing is we use them and abuse them.

Steve and Jacqui Kirby

Knee and Hips we all have them, but the unfortunate thing is we use them and abuse them , we take them for granted, we work them, sometimes when we should be resting them .

Our joints work hard for us and when they fail us we need to deal with reasons for this, sometimes our joints have got to the point that we need surgery in the form of a Hip or knee replacement, the waiting times for such surgery is long and it is getting longer.

During that waiting time the injury can get worse the pain can escalate the painkilling medication is no longer

effective , while waiting for surgery you still need to stay active , but mobility becomes excessively difficult, you may end up or stronger medication that comes with it’s own side effects .

When we are less mobile and in pain it affects our well being overall, our mental health, we can get depressed, one of the main things is the lack of muscle use, when we are less mobile and use our muscles less they tighten or shorten we feel stiff this makes us fell less like moving , but we need to keep those muscles active, we need the blood and oxygen to  move through our muscles, all in all we make it more difficult for ourselves if we don’t.

Supple Muscles make life a whole lot better, while you are Pre-Op, during Surgery and Post Op.

Before I met my wife Jacqui, she had been involved in a very bad car crash, one of her injuries resulted in her needing a Hip replacement, on her Right hand side, one of the other injuries on her Left hand side was her Patella, it was dislocated and had to be put back into position she also had  shoulder, wrist and foot injuries.

I treated Jacqui after her Hip surgery getting her back walking again, but a couple of years later her knee, that had never been fully right after her accident, started to give her real problems, we found out she had a Patella Fracture  she needed a knee replacement, when you have a knee replacement it is never the same, your knee does a lot of work and a replacement knee can not move in the same natural flexible way a your own knee can, so it was a daunting and worrying time for Jacqui.

For me it was time to find out more and more, what would be the best treatment for her to aid with recovery, I hit the books big time talked to a knee surgeon,  I was determined to make sure she had a great recovery , during that time I found out so much more about knee injury,  I was determined to  use it to my advantage , I have since put all that information and learning into the treatment of my clients, to specialise in Hip and Knee Pre-op and Post-op recovery and rehabilitation, for them to have as quicker recovery with the need for less medication and while they are waiting for surgery to help make their time more bearable keeping them flexible and more prepared for surgery.

We used the Bioneuro along with massage and Neuro manipulation techniques to keep Jacqui’s muscles supple during that time she did not need painkilling medication, and she was mobile, when it got closer to the surgery unfortunately there had been a delay of 2 months for  surgery, things did get a little more difficult with mobility so we did use the Bioneuro a little more , it did the job even the surgeon was pleased at how good a condition her muscles were in as it made his job easier and the recovery time would be less.

Bioneuro Sigma Steve Kirby in Use

Using the Bioneuro after surgery and again gentle massage helped with a speedy recovery , she did well getting a good bend on her knee and walking up and down stairs, one of the best things was that during that recovery time Jacqui did not need lots of medication she had good blood flow and good muscle movement, healing was far quicker and she got back to doing what she loved doing taking our dog for a walk and she still does.

We can help with pre-op while you are waiting for that hip or knee surgery to keep those muscles supple and help with mobility meaning less medication and more movement, or Post op as sometimes after surgery people find it difficult to get going again and need that bit of hands on treatment to get them on a good recovery path.

The Bioneuro Therapy System Sigma Q (ΣQ®) Diagnostic Roller & The Pain Pathways

Diagnostic Roller & The Pain Pathways

The Bioneuro Therapy System Sigma Q (ΣQ®) Diagnostic Roller, is a very valuable Diagnostic tool it is used  to locate the areas of nerve dysfunction in the muscle groups of the body,  where for what ever reason the muscle group is not  firing, people call them” Hot spots,  trigger points, knots,”  what ever they are called the fact is that the Neuro messages /signals are not getting through and for muscles to function correctly, these messages need to get through.

Bioneuro Sigma Steve Kirby in Use

These messengers or for their correct name  Neurotransmitters react to aid functions of muscle,  these are a type of chemical messenger which transmit signals across a chemical Synapse  (this is the Junctions between two nerve cells, such as a Neuromuscular junction, from one Motor neuron (or nerve cell to another nerve cell ) or another Motor neuron, or to a target neuron in the muscle cell, or gland cell.

When this process is disrupted and the signals do not get through, function, and ability of muscles to work  with pain free movement becomes difficult.

So how does the Roller do its job to such a degree ?

The answer It is all about targeting those NOCICEPTIVE PAIN  POINTS

We know

that Neuropathic pain is caused by damage to the neurons that are involved in the pain signalling pathways in the nervous system and nerves react to static when they are not firing correctly,

Nociceptors are the sensors of the Pain Pathway, these receptors are in every tissue of the body except the brain, when injury occurs Nociceptors are activated  and chemical are released such as  prostaglandins kinins and potassium ions , these then stimulate the Nociceptors,

Pain can persist even after these pain producing stimulus have been removed, because these chemicals linger and the Nociceptors do not adapt very quickly once activated.

Neuromodulation technique

This can cause prolonged muscle contraction muscle spasms even Ischaemia ( this is inadequate blood flow to muscles or organs.)

So by using  Nociception, to follow the Pain Pathway back, through the sensory nerve cells called Nociceptors, that in turn produce the signal that travels along a chain of nerve fibres via the spinal cord to the brain and the Nociceptors that are affecting  the nerves, that are creating the obstructions, which sense and respond to parts of the body which have suffered from damage.

With the aid of the Roller tool and the ability of the Bioneuro Sigma Q, we can find the exact location of the dysfunction created by the trauma pathology.

Don’t wait, as a Soft Tissue Injury can be as debilitating as a broken bone.

A soft tissue injury can be as debilitating as a broken bone

We have all done it,  twisted funny and hurt our back or shoulder or even the  neck.  I have heard so many times people say,

” I thought if I just took some pain killers and rested it would go away I have been too busy to deal with it “ or “I didn’t want to make a fuss, you just get on with it after all, the worst  I have done is pulled a muscle, but it is just getting worse.

I have also heard the statement  ” I have done exercises, but they make it worse”.   The Fact Is Yes you CAN make it worse, if you have trigger points through tension on an injury point, exercise will aggravate  it Trigger Points need to be dealt with. So you can exercise productively

A Soft Tissue Injury can be as debilitating as a broken bone, So Please Do Not Underestimate The Damage that you may have done.

“As a Taxi Driver My Back was totally immobile, Steve has made such a difference , but don’t wait till your in agony “

Then  after a week  or so, it is not getting better and more things hurt,  you can’t lift something without it hurting, it is affecting your sleep and if it’s you shoulder or neck you are staring getting headaches.

You need to deal with it “THE LONGER YOU WAIT THE LONGER IT TAKES TO HEAL”

I am a great believer in helping my clients to get back to fitness ASAP , having a good clinical outcome for them , not having them in pain and it dragging on and on.

What Did I Do This Summer ? The BioTensegrity Dissection Course 2017 of Course.!

The BioTensegrity Dissection Course 2017 of Course

Summer is officially over, but for me Late June and  July were  interesting month’s.

” I managed to do something I  really wanted to do.”

Anyone who has been treated by me, will know for me it is all about the injury, that does not mean I do not respect and understand my patients,  but what I see is the damage done and how soon it can be restored and the best way to proceed.

One of the best ways for that, is getting in there and seeing what is going on and how it is all put together , how it is all connected, but that is not likely to happen and I don’t have X Ray eyes to see what is happening.

Since Jacqui had damage to her knee and had to have a knee replacement, back in 2010, I have had a great deal of interest in knee pathologies and how to help with knee pain

Then an opportunity to go to the University of Dundee at their Department of Anatomy to find out a whole lot more, on a Body Dissection Course, the main focus of the course being on being BioTensegrity,  Genetics,Kinetics and Synergetics , with one of the best Human Anatomist, John Sharkey of the NTC in Dublin was to good an opportunity to miss.

Not only did we have John Sharkey, but with guest Lectures like Dr Jean-Claude Guimberteau, Jaap van der WalJoanne Avison and Graham Scarr.

I was in my element. needless to say it has opened up a lot more understanding for me ,

Opening up a knee and seeing for myself, all the intricate connections, the layers in the human body, the depth  is truly is amazing, seeing how poor posture damages the body,  As I always say you never stop learning and there is so much more to learn, though what I have learnt from the course will come in extremely useful when treating my clients.

Why Are Our Young Football Players Still Taking So Many Painkilling Drugs ???

Own Goals can be Painful

While watching Last  Sunday’s Morning News, yet again the subject of

Footballers and the  increase taking of powerful painkilling medication was being discussed

We all know that for any team it is all about the results on the field that is important, but is it really at the cost of the long term health of your main assets, Your Team’s Players.

This is worrying, these days when we know the long term damage of Painkilling medication, yet we have some brilliant Neuromuscular therapist, Bodywork Therapist and  Non invasive and non chemical  treatments out there, why are they still using painkilling medication as a Stop Gap, injuries need to be treated,

Recovery & Rehabilitation or Over Medication

Muscles when they are Hypertonic , are more prone to injury these guys need their muscles to be more supple ,  they need treatment not masking  tape practice. Players need to be looked after , then teams will get the best out of them and less injuries.

Hearing what  Professor Dvorak said about , half of players competing at the past three World Cups routinely took non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen and  that it  had become a cultural issue, part of the game.

This is what Professor Dvorak had to say

“This is Elite footballers’ “abuse” of legal painkillers risks their health and could “potentially” have life-threatening implications ” He says some clubs prioritise success over player welfare, leading to players feeling “pressured” into taking medication to overcome minor injuries and play in important games.

While according to Former England defender Danny Mills ,”Painkillers in football have always been widespread – “and always will be, I’ve been in many dressing rooms where I’ve seen other players pressured into playing with painkillers,”

When you hear that this is what is happening to young players  that have just started their career, it is even more of a concern, children want to grow up and become Footballers, that is great news,” but do we want our children to grow up to be put in the situation that we are seeing young players going through now .”

Footballers have only a short career as it is they should not be spending it in pain that is masked with the use of painkillers, then end up with surgery as most do in later life.

Let’s treat the players as we should and keep them in top form, they need to have good treatment

I am not talking about wrapping them up in cotton wool. I mean good regular therapy . They need to be on the pitch playing not on the bench in pain.

Footballers have only a short career as it is they should not be spending it in pain that is masked with the use of painkillers, then end up with surgery as most do in later life

Early intervention is essential for Trauma related injury, Reduction in the need for Pain killing Drugs they only Mask Pain they do not heal

The Bioneuro Sigma Q System works with the patients own body to help the healing process begin a lot faster , our bodies natural instinct after injury is to heal, The Bioneuro system can help deliver its effective energy direct to the injured area increasing nerve and blood supply , waking up moribund nerves regenerating nerve pathways there by accelerating recovery.

We know Massage releases the “feel good factor” and there is a reason for that it is not all about just relaxing, massage helps release Endorphins and Dopamine, it is the physical input that the therapist applies to the patient and how it is applied that makes the difference.

Young Athlete’s Rugby Injury Healed With help from The BioNeuro and Getfitstayfit Norfolk.

Rugby Injury

Will an up and coming young athlete , aged 16 years, with an Injury problem to his knee after rugby incident.

Will was not in a good way when he first came to us , not only was he not able to take part in any sports due to his injury even walking was difficult , for a young man whose life revolved around his sport he was pretty down.

We got to work with The Bioneuro and Sports Massage and the results were very evident , read what his very happy  mum had to say.

Will had injured his knee 2 months previous after having it bent awkwardly in a rugby match. He had been told he had damaged his MCL and was waiting for an MRI scan. His knee however although he could walk on it, it was still very painful, he was unable to fully extend it and the pain from movement was waking him at night.

He started seeing Steve once a week, 4 weeks ago and the improvement has been brilliant. After assessing Will, Steve began treatment using the Bioneuro Therapy System. After will had endured  2 months of pain,  then with  just one session with Steve, Will said that “The pain had eased,” he could extend his knee slightly further and movement was easier.

Being an observer whilst Will was getting treatment everything was done professionally, caring and without any stress to the injury at all.

Seeing how relaxed Will was whilst the machine and Steve did the work, made it hard to believe anything was happening, but you could actually see the knee moving slightly and straightening out, it was amazing. Then to see Will stand up and walk around the room with hardly any limp after just 30 mins was fantastic.

Steve’s care has been second to none, making sure that Will gets the correct treatment, contacting Consultants and our own GP, also working on all Wills other ailments which, I know, will be fixed.

In Wills own words Steve has done more in these 4 visits than any Doctor has ever done over the years, Will has had to see them regarding injuries/medical problems.

Sara (Will’s Mum)

UPDATE

6 weeks on

Will has now come to the end of his treatment.

” Yes in just 10 weeks and his knee is fixed. Not just fixed okay to the point that he could cope, till he had to have surgery,  but he is  fixed  brilliantly and the best thing is he will No Longer Require Surgery.” A Major relief after, having seen a consultant and being told that Will’s meniscus was torn and an MRI scan was needed to confirm the severity.

Will continued to have the treatment with Steve on his knee along with having various other conditions sorted, as in tennis elbow, neck & shoulder issues.

On his last visit Steve had received the scans results back to be told that the tear had healed.

No surgery required! Fantastic news for Will!

This means he will not have to miss anymore of the sports he loves and he has already been back on the rugby field after 18 weeks out, immediately scoring 2 tries and setting up another!

Also means saving NHS money on theatre/operation costs .

We have no idea what would have happened if we had not have found Steve, his work and care has been fantastic and I cannot recommend him enough, in fact anyone says they have the merest of twinges I tell them to go see him !

Runners Preparation for Marathon 2017

Report from Patient X

“Normally DOMS is quite prevalent on a Saturday after Thursday dead lifts. Not today though.  Hamstrings and lower back weren’t as tight as usual and my run this morning was much easier thanks to yesterday’s session.

Good cool down after too so hopefully I won’t stiffen up later today. Ran my planned 10 miles at a steady pace fitting in the local Park Run midway through for good measure.  Knee was its usual aching niggle but that’s nothing new is it?

All in all it was made easier thanks to your treatment yesterday. Thank you.

Patient X”

This Weeks Tip from Get Fit Stay Fit Norfolk for Runners

“Running of any type calls for continues numerous  muscle actions . The greater the drawing together of these muscle groups the velocity generation from this action will create hyper-tonic muscles . All muscles in the body “Pull” and decreased circulation can be the result . Massage combined with Neuromuscular Therapy and Bioneuro Sigma Q  will enhance the runners general well being ,aid restoration and training ability.

Why Knee Pain Norwich ?

Why Knee Pain Norwich

Most Sports injury  therapist tend to get their clients  after  an injury , dealing with the recovery and rehabilitation, or  a client who is preparing for a certain event.

As a Sports Massage and injury therapist, I have been in a position to help a lot of people with   their recovery due to various injuries, but in 2009.

I found myself in a unique and unhappy position due to  an accident that happened a few years previously.

Then the consequences of it, left further problems hat needed to be dealt with.

My wife Jacqui had been involved in a very bad a car accident in which she had a few injuries one was an impact injury to her left knee , a dislocation of the patella, this had been re-seated, but had become unstable and painful sometimes locking.

My wife had a car accident in which she had an impact injury to her left knee , a dislocation of the patella, this had been re-seated, but had become unstable and painful sometimes locking.

Then in August 2009 the knee locked and she damaged the medial meniscus, a trip to hospital meant an X-ray then an knee arthroscopy ., the findings were not good she was going to have a knee replacement.

Pain can be nerve related , muscular or lastly structural. Remembering that tight shortened muscles will pull on damaged structures e.g. knees and can worsen pain .

I took this personally  and was determined to do all I could to help my wife and find out as much as I could about knee injury , knee replacement and knee pain . I was not going to rely on just, what I had already been taught.

The complex structure of the knee and the workings of the replacement knee were just the beginning, reading books, talking to colleagues helped.

The main aim was to have the muscles supple and prepared for surgery, normal physiotherapy was not going to work as she was in pain and the exercises would only, further damage the injury .

I then met with the inventor of the Bioneuro , with his help and a injury treatment plan in place we then started work on my wife’s knee, the improvements were almost immediate, then when it came to the surgery we knew  her muscles were in the best condition for the surgery, the recovery time was reduced and my wife’s mobility was  improved  greatly.

Bioneuro Sigma Steve Kirby in Use

Then in 2010 we moved to Norwich to  restart my Sports Injury Clinic, business has and is doing very well and I am proud to say I have devolved a great reputation for my working with clients with knee injuries.

I have been asked many times “Why are you so interested in Knee Pain” my answer is “People of all ages can and do suffer from knee pain and dysfunction, but when it is some one close to you then you have to do more, when you have achieved that goal, then it is up to you to help more people” so that is why I am helping so many people in Norwich with knee Pain.

The knee joint it’s self  is a complex  joint with structures , muscles, nerves that orchestrate movement of the knee joint

We can help with pre-op while you are waiting for that hip or knee surgery to keep those muscles supple and help with mobility meaning less medication and more movement, or Post op as sometimes after surgery people find it difficult to get going again and need that bit of hands on treatment to get them on a good recovery path.

All the hands on work using Neuro manipulation techniques, the reading and advice, I took on board, while treating Jacqui , was not set aside, it was stored and reused questioned and evidenced.

I carried on working with my clients ,finding my fascination in knee injury, knee surgery, was becoming more useful, now in a position to  refer my clients  to a brilliant Orthopaedic Surgeon whom I have a great working relationship with .

I know I can offer my clients great treatment to help them if they have any Muscular Skeletal injury, but when it comes to Knees I am sure.

“Being there and being the best to help  clients, with Knee Injury , pre or post Knee Surgery  is One of my main Goals”

Winifred Thought That She “Would Never Be Able To Walk Again Without The Use Of A Stick”.

Be Able To Walk Again

What a lovely lady I have been treating in Winifred,  I have  not had to treat this lady for very long .

One thing is for sure she is a fighter , I have treated a few Ladies recently all with one very positive thing about them .

They have all been fighters wanting to get on with life and make the most of it .

Yes they have been in pain , but they should not be written off and they certainly would be the first to tell you they still have a lot of living to do and they intend to get on with it.

I love them for their positive attitude and it has been a pleasure and a joy to be able to help as Jacqui calls them “My Ladies”

Winifred had problems with her knee and her back , she came to me after she found it difficult to carry on with her gardening and her daily exercise  routine.

Using Neuromuscular techniques , massage on the Hydrotherm System and using the Bioneuro, we were soon able to get into to the cause of Winifred’s Pain ad deal with it , rather than it being a long drawn out process and without the need for her to continue using the painkilling medication that Winifred did not want to take .

Winifred word’s “I did not think I would be able to walk again with out the use of a stick ”

That proved to be wrong as Winifred is now doing her daily walks without a stick in Acle.

Quicker Recovery, from Knee replacement surgery or injury, in Norwich Norfolk, With Getfitstayfit Norfolk

Knee replacement surgery

A patient now back in action, due to the Aid of  The Bioneuro Therapy System Sigma Q (ΣQ®)

Jackie from Brundall had been suffering with excessive knee pain and her movement was restricted, following her visits to her GP then to an Orthopaedic Surgeon, a date was planned for a knee replacement. For Jackie the pain became debilitating, not being a lady who regularly took pain killers.

She came to Getfitstayfit Norfolk to see if we could help.

“When my knee started giving me a considerable amount of pain I when to my GP and was told a knee replacement was necessary, as an active person I knew I had to keep on top of this as I try to avoid pain killers as much as possible.

I knew of Steve Kirby and Getfitstayfit Norfolk as it is a local business in our area and had treated a friend, very successfully, I contacted him to see if he could help. Steve started treating me on The Bioneuro Therapy System Sigma Q (ΣQ®), I found  the pain was greatly reduced and I was able move with a lot more ease, and a lot less pain, my muscles where in a good state of health following treatment and I was ready for the surgery.

The operation went well and I was quickly back having The Bioneuro Therapy System Sigma Q (ΣQ®) treatment with Steve, about three times a week. I had to attend physiotherapy at the hospital, which I did not feel happy with at all, pushing and forcing the knee, made it very painful.

So I decided I would stick with the treatment from Steve, with the Bioneuro, some gentle exercise this did the trick, with no pain regular monitoring and all in my time, a lot quicker I feel, than I would have achieved with just the painful exercises.”

The Bioneuro Therapy System Sigma Q (ΣQ®)  is fully medically tested and approved to help aid in the recovery from knee injuries and in Pre and Post knee replacement surgery, quicker than you can ever imagine. The system works deeply into the deep nerves and muscle’s, helping to take away swelling, improve blood flow and aid mobility.

Runners Knee How Bad IS IT, Advice in Norwich Norfolk.

Runners Knee How Bad IS IT, Advice in Norwich Norfolk

It always amazes me how a type of injury or condition can become synonyms with certain types of  activities or people.  My concern is by simplifying the name of the injury , are we simplifying the injury itself.

For instance Policeman’s Heel, Athletes’ Foot, Golfers Elbow, Tennis Elbow or Housewives/ Housemaids Knee, (this affects roofers more than any one else),  Builders Back and of course Runners Knee, really are these things a diagnosis  ?

The answer is No they are not, in some case’s it is what we would call an coverall for a few problems, used because the exact problem has not been fully diagnosed for what ever reason.

With muscular injuries this can be the case, because of transferred pain or more than one group of muscles being affected, it should not however take away  the serious of the injury, or the treatment needed just because it has a simple name.

Take Runners Knee for instance.  The real name is  Chondromalacia patellae (CMP)

This is what Wikipedia has to say about it

While the term Chondromalacia sometimes refers to abnormal-appearing cartilage anywhere in the body,it most commonly denotes irritation of the underside of the kneecap (or “patella”). The patella’s posterior surface is covered with a layer of smooth cartilage, which the base of the femur normally glides effortlessly against when the knee is bent. However, in some individuals the kneecap tends to rub against one side of the knee joint, irritating the cartilage and causing knee pain.

However, in some individuals the kneecap tends to rub against one side of the knee joint, irritating the cartilage and causing knee pain.

The condition may result from acute injury to the patella or chronic friction between the patella and a groove in the femur through which it passes during knee flexion. Possible causes include a tight iliotibial band, Neuromas, bursitis, overuse, malalignment, core instability, and patellar maltracking.

Pain at the front or inner side of the knee is common in both young adults and those of more advanced years, especially when engaging in  football gymnastics cycling rowing tennis ballet basketball, horseback riding, volleyball, running, figure skating, snowboarding, skateboarding, and even swimming. The pain is typically felt after prolonged sitting.” Skateboarders most commonly experience this injury in their non-dominant foot due to the constant kicking and twisting required of it. Swimmers acquire it doing the breaststroke, which demands an unusual motion of the knee

See what I mean it is not so simple and it is not restricted to Runners,

One thing that is apparent, there is pain and you need to rest it and  get treatment, or it will not get better,  just categorising the problem as Runners Knee, will by itself not sort out the problem, you still need to put a treatment package in place with your Doctor so ask the question ” What sort of Runners Knee is it”. Don’t just assume, and don’t let your Doctor just assume you know what it is, you need to have answers you need the right treatment, mainly because you don’t want to make it worse, you may need to wear a knee brace or you may be on your way to a meniscus problem and surgery.

You need an idea of recovery time, don’t forget, when a professional athlete has an injury they have down time to recover, you may not  have that time period, you have to work, what you do in work may irritate the injury. All these factors have to be taken in to consideration. Something that some one with knee problems needs to be aware of they are nearly always degenerative,  don’t assume it will go away it may settle down for a time, but things can trigger it off again and you can be your own worse enemy.

Deborah takes her Running Seriously, when she was in Pain she came to Getfitstayfit Norfolk for Help

Running Seriously

This is her Testimony, she had been suffering for a year before she came to Getfitstayfit Norfolk. We always say early intervention is the best way to aid recovery, the longer it is delayed the longer it takes to recover, we try to improve recovery rate and get people back to fitness as soon as possible.

“I came to Steve after recommendations from members of my running club.

I’d recently been suffering with knee pain but also low back pain upon waking in the morning for over a year.

I’d seen a chiropractor, a physio, an osteopath and even had an MRI scan all to no avail. In the end my doctor just said it’s muscular and prescribed me Amitriptyline!

Steve was great. He identified my IT band and TFL muscle were tight and used the Bioneuro System Sigma  Q(ΣQ® to free them off. It was a strangely pleasant sensation and the muscles felt a lot looser after. Alas, my symptoms didn’t go away, but Steve was determined to solve my problems. He’s like a dog with a bone!

He was regularly in touch to see how things were going and he researched my symptoms to try and find the answer. Eventually he suggested using the Bioneuro System Sigma  Q(ΣQ® on my Psoas muscle.

Running and sitting at a desk all day had made this short and tight and can be responsible for low back pain. I am delighted to say I can now sleep free from pain, without the need for pillows under my legs and without the Amitriptyline! As for the knee pain, it’s getting better with postural and running form correction’

I’d recommend to anyone suffering with muscular issues to seek out Steve. He really can help, he doesn’t give up on you even when you feel you want to give up he made such a difference
